Mr. Haskins serves as the Chairman, CEO, and President of Harbor Bank of Maryland Community Development Corporation and Chairman, President and CEO and co-founder of the Harbor Bank of Maryland. He currently serves as an independent director of Baltimore Gas & Electric and Harbor Bankshares Corporation. He formerly served as Chairman of East Baltimore Development, Inc. ("EBDI"). He had also chaired the commission for the Department of Business and Economic Development for the State of Maryland, Maryland CareFirst Blue Cross Blues Shield, and Associated Black Charities. In various capacities, he has advised four Maryland Governors and two Baltimore Mayors. Mr. Haskins holds a A.B. Degree in Economics from Morgan State University, a Master of Business Administration in finance from New York University, and a Master of Liberal Arts in Economics degree from The Johns Hopkins University. He also completed advanced banking studies at the Wharton School of the University of Pennsylvania.

Mr. Lewis serves as Executive Vice President of the Harbor Bank of Maryland Community Development Corporation. Mr. Lewis was formerly a consultant to community development corporations and technology entrepreneurs after founding and successfully exiting a financial technology start-up. He previously held various banking and managerial roles at Merrill Lynch & Co. Inc., Credit Suisse First Boston and predecessor institutions of the current J.P. Morgan Chase & Co. and Bank of America. He serves on the Small Business Advisory Committee to the Mayor of the City of Baltimore and as a Trustee and Investment Committee Chairman of the Maryland Teachers and State Employees Supplemental Retirement Plans. Mr. Lewis holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Industrial and Labor Relations from Cornell University and a Master in Business Administration degree from the Harvard Graduate School of Business Administration, where he was a Robert Toigo Fellow.

Ms. Royster serves as Senior Vice President of The Harbor Bank of Maryland Community Development Corporation. Ms. Royster has over 15 years of direct experience in community development, real estate finance, and loan fund management. During her tenure with The Reinvestment Fund ("TRF"), Enterprise Community Partners and Marshall and Ilsley Bank Community Development Corporation, she managed multi-million dollar regional loan funds, including the post Hurricane Katrina Louisiana Loan Fund. Ms. Royster also worked for ICIC (the Initiative for a Competitive Inner City) where she provided research and advisory services focused on urban economic development. Ms. Roysters efforts have provided substantial capital to underserved communities throughout the United States. Ms. Royster holds a Bachelor of Arts from Beloit College.
