Our Focus

Real Estate Development & Preservation

We provide funding for meaningful real estate projects. Our focus is on impact, rather than size. Through our Emerging Developers Program, we support emerging developers with the capital and operational support to complete projects that otherwise might not be undertaken.

+

Technology Driven Financial Literacy

Healthy relationships with money and finances positively impact communities. Financial Literacy helps families to keep more of what they earn. Through our partnerships with educational and financial technology firms, we are able to provide financial literacy outreach at scale.

+

Capital Solutions

We help entrepreneurs and non-profit organizations by taking the time to fully understand them and their objectives. We work to meet their capital needs by providing loans and investments throughout the capital structure and also advising on alternative forms of capital and structures.

+

Green Financial Solutions

We believe that a key aspect of community development is employing sustainable and renewable technology. Our financial solutions support efforts such as the development of urban greenspaces and the finance of environmentally friendly and sustainable residential renovations.
